About Terms & Condition

1) Whizz Kids reserves the right to offer admission to all of its students based on its own discretion & assessment . Admission, once granted, can be revoked by the management at any time due to any reasons found unfavourable for the business.

2) Payments, once made, are not refundable, for all online & in-center courses.

3) Classes will be started only when payment for the course is completely made.

4) Trial classes will be paid classes. People who want to try out before they make the package decision , can opt for a Paid trial class.

5) Make up classes shall not be provided for Kidzart , Chess , Robotics & Hour of Code. For Brainobrain & Ace Math , every 12 classes shall be eligible for 2 make-up classes max , when the child happens to miss the class for health or travel reasons.

6)For online tutoring classes, following are the make up / reschedule classes rules apply for the packages signed -up for.

5 classes package – Only 1 make-up class or re-schedule allowed . Time limit for completion of package is 1 month from sign-up.
10 classes package – Only 2 make-up class or re-schedule allowed. Time limit for completion of package is 2 months from sign-up.
20 classes package – Only 4 make-up classes or re-schedule allowed. Time limit for completion of package is 3 months from sign up.
40 classes package – Only 8 make-up classes or re-schedule allowed. Time limit for completion of package is 4 months from sign up.
